Penta Participates in Rockets on Parade

The U.S. Space and Rocket Center is celebrating the 50th anniversary of the 1969 Lunar Landing and has encouraged businesses across Huntsville to get involved. Penta has partnered with the Hampton Cove Middle School STEM club by sponsoring a rocket which will be decorated by the club for display and judging. Rockets on Parade is a way to note our city’s ongoing contributions to the American space program with designs specific to the Rocket City, the monumental achievements of the Apollo program, the future of space travel or through unique artistic expression. The rockets will be judged based on impact, creativity, subject matter and historical storytelling and be on display throughout the Apollo 11 50th Anniversary Celebration. An opportunity to view early entries is Panoply Arts Festival in downtown Huntsville, April 26 - 28, 2019.
